ALL Camps will take place at Howard High School, 8700 Old Annapolis Road, Ellicott City, MD 21075.
Our Camp Director will be in touch with you concerning specific locations per camp.

​We are striving to add more camps as we go, but wanted to get this public as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Fees Policy
​We recognize that you may wish to withdraw from a camp for a variety of reasons, but we encourage early decisions so as not to inconvenience other participants or affect our ability to efficiently deliver activities.

• ​Customers requesting a refund prior to three weeks before the camp starts will be charged a 20% administrative fee.
• All refunds requested within three weeks of the camp starting date will be charged at minimum a 20% administrative fee. Additional fees may be assessed to recover costs (e.g. for shirts, supplies, tickets, equipment etc.) associated with the camp.
• There are no refunds given for missed camp days.
• Camp fees cannot be pro-rated to accommodate conflicting schedules.

Waivers & Awareness Forms
​All Waivers & Releases MUST be reviewed & agreed-to at time of payment 

• Camper Agreement, Fitness, & Liability Release Form
• Concussion Awareness Form 
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Form​

Health Policy

• Staff and campers must NOT come to camp with any of the following symptoms:  
  • New onset cough or shortness of breath,
  • fever over 100.4 or chills within the past 24 hours,
  • fatigue,
  • muscle or body aches,
  • headache,
  • new loss of taste or smell,
  • sore throat,
  • congestion or runny nose,
  • nausea or vomiting, OR
  • diarrhea.
