Limited spaces with electricity will be available on a first-applied basis. An additional fee of $10.00 is required. Electricity is limited to one outlet. Extension cords and lights are not provided. Vendors agree to not overload the outlet. Any electric cords should not be in the walking path.
We reserve the right to refuse exhibition of any materials inappropriate for a school sponsored event. Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited on school property or grounds.
Only one direct sales vendor per product line will be accepted. Selection will be determined on a first sign up basis.
We respect all direct sales noncompete clauses and regulations. Should a vendor not be forthcoming on their registration form and Lions’ Pride discovers the error at our event, Lions’ Pride will refuse any refunds and will only allow the first registered entry to remain for the event.
Each space shall be identified by an assigned booth # and will be provided approximately two weeks in advance so that exhibitors can plan for their set up.
Booths shall be set up in a professional manner, clear of any debris or unnecessary supplies, throughout the show and shall remove and dispose of all debris in their space at the close of event.
No tape is allowed on the floor, except for blue painters’ tape.

We strive to minimize the number of food trucks selling like food types.
Each space shall be identified by an assigned space # and will be provided approximately two weeks in advance so that exhibitors can plan for their set up.
Must provide their own display/booth materials/equipment to include tables, chairs, cloths, backdrop, dolly, etc.
Are required to collect and remit the required sales tax to the State of Maryland and should obtain their own Maryland Retail Sales Tax License.
Set up is from 7:30 to 9:30 am. Break down is 3 pm to 4 pm. No breakdown of vendor’s space before 3 pm and must be completed by 4 pm.
Food and drink consumption should be confined to your booth area.
Parking is free. All exhibitors are to leave parking spaces near the entrances for customers.
Exhibitors will be able to drop off their supplies as close to the entrances as is available but MUST move their vehicles to parking lot B as soon as possible to allow other vendors to do the same. Volunteers may be available to assist exhibitors. A site map and detailed instructions will be available prior to the event.

Interested vendors can apply online only by going to the Vendor Resources page on our website, http://www.howardlionspride.org/arts-crafts--more-show.html. Spaces are granted on a first-applied basis to qualified vendors. HHS Arts, Crafts & More Show and Lions' Pride do not guarantee booth space to vendors and reserve the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose products or activities do not meet their standards for this event.
Booth spaces are approximately 10’ x 8’ and will be in either the upper or lower cafeteria, upper or lower atrium. Front Hallways, Gymnasium, Auxiliary Gym, Auditorium Foyer, etc.

Yes. Please describe your products on the application. Spaces are available on a first-applied basis and duplicate companies will not be allowed. We reserve the right to allow one direct sales vendor per product line or deny vendors that are not appropriate for our event.
We will compile a waitlist if the event is sold out, and notify vendors on a first-applied basis should a space become available.
Our event will be marketed throughout the school and community; posted on various related event websites; on social media; posted on the Howard High School and Lions' Pride websites; and in local publications. Stake signs will be placed outside around the Howard High School area. Vendors are asked to share the event with friends, neighbors, and their followers on social media as well.
No refunds will be issued. Lions' Pride is a non-profit organization and you can record your application fee as a donation. Your donation will go to supporting student events and athletics programs at Howard High School.
Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and any other set-up equipment/furniture required for their booth. Vendors may bring dollies for loading and unloading their materials. If you paid for a booth with access to electrical outlets; vendors are required to bring their own extension cords and to position the cords out of foot traffic. Only blue painter's tape will be allowed on the floor.
No. We will provide a site map and your booth number in advance of the event. Upon arrival, please go to your assigned zone and check-in. You will be directed to your booth. If you have questions, you may go to the Welcome table, which is located just inside the front middle doors at the 2 entrance.
Doors open for set up no earlier than 7:30 am Sunday morning. It is critical that vendors do not enter the school for any reason before 7:30 am. Set up must be completed by 9:30 am. We will have traffic directors, signs, and student help available to assist with your items. Once you have unloaded your items, please be prepared to move your vehicles to our side parking lot near the tennis courts.
The event is open to the public from 10 am to 3 pm.
Unfortunately, no, Saturday Evening set-up is not available. We cannot be responsible for any items left in the school overnight.
On the day of the event, volunteers will be on-site to direct vendors where to unload and park. There are a total of 4 entrances. We will be contacting you with entrance options closer to the time of the event.
Yes, we have student volunteers to assist you in unloading your equipment, furniture, and wares. Dollies may be used for loading and unloading your materials.
After your vehicle is unloaded, it should be moved to Parking Lot B, which is the lot closest to the tennis courts. Parking Lot A, which is in front of the building, will be for shoppers. Thank you for your cooperation.
Vendors will have access to the HCPSS Public WiFi only as guests to HCPSS. This service isn't guaranteed to be reliable. We encourage vendors to come with backup battery power for their cell phones/equipment and be aware of how to use the offline setting on their credit card readers, if necessary.
We are looking into this as an option from our concessions manager.
Vendors should come with ample cash/change and ALWAYS secure personal electronics/cash boxes. Lions' Pride will not have any change or cash for vendors.
The event ends at 3 pm. No breakdown of the vendor’s space should be done before 3 pm. Vendors must begin breaking down and prepare for loading their vehicles through the same entrance door where they entered during morning set up. Breakdown is from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. All vendor materials should be totally cleared from the premises by 4:00 pm. Any items left behind will be discarded so please check your area before leaving. We will have volunteers to assist with takedown.
Vendors should be prepared to have adequate supplies and products throughout the event. Any vendors who sell out of items must remain until the end of the event. No vendor shall break down before 3 pm. We would recommend that vendors have an option for buyers to order custom items.
For any health-related emergency, dial 911. We will provide day-of contact information closer to our event. One of our event volunteers will be available to coordinate with you concerning your emergency and your plans to break down your space. Refunds are not provided to vendors who request to leave the event early due to a qualified emergency.
The event sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe you are the victim of a theft, please notify the Event Coordinator, who will contact the proper authorities to resolve the issue. As a Vendor, you acknowledge you agree to hold harmless Howard High School, the Lions' Pride, the State and County School System, all volunteers, workers, or any person, authority, or sponsor of this event for any claims, liabilities, demands, damage, loss, cost and expense of any kind arising out of my participation in this event as outlined on the Application.
